Personal Training
Every personal training program begins with an overall fitness assessment which includes the following components: posture, gait, range of motion, flexibility, muscular strength, balance and cardio endurance.
Following the personal assessment, you will receive a review with an individualized action plan outlining recommended next steps. This assessment and plan will be used to develop specifically tailored workout plans during each training session. Every session is individualized to your goals, fitness level, body strengths and weaknesses.
Together, we'll create a schedule that works for you. With flexible scheduling options during the weekday and/or weekends, we will designate time slots (either 45 or 60 minutes) for your sessions. Do you have a friend or partner you'd like to train with? A specialized partner plan can also be created to meet both of your needs.
